REFUND POLICY

Nomadik Apparel is proud of its commitment to premium quality products. If for any reason our apparel or accessories do not meet your expectations or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the order date to return any unused items for a refund or exchange. 

Prior to using our products, please take a little time to ensure the sizing / fit is appropriate.

If we have made a packing error or sent you the wrong items please email orders@nomadik.eu and we will be in touch.

BUNDLES - Please note that bundle offers can only be returned complete (no return of single items from a bundle deal). 

If you wish to return an item...

You may return any items within 30 days from the order date. Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with no body odour. They need to have all labels and swingtags still attached and should be in their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. We are still a growing company and cannot extend you an offer of free return shipping. 

Ordered the wrong size? No problem ... once we have received your returned item, the new size item will be sent to you free of any shipping costs. 

We strongly recommend you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Please send back the product in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please ensure all items are well packed and protected for transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your items and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one week approximately.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After processing your return on our end, the chargeback is handled by your credit card provider and bank. If after a reasonable amount of time has elapsed, you have not been credited after receiving our confirmation, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank. if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us back at orders@nomadik.eu   

If you wish to exchange sizes...

You may exchange any items within 30 days from the order date. If you need a size exchange, we are happy to ship a different size free of charge to you after receiving the first ordered item back. Exchanged items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with no body odour. They need to have all labels and swingtags still attached and should be in their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. Once we have received your return, the new size will be sent to you free of any shipping charge.

We cannot guarantee the availability of every product in every size. If we do not have the specific product in the correct size or colour, you will be contacted and offered another option, or a refund. 

FAULTY GOODS & WARRANTY

NMDK can proudly say it is focused on high standards of manufacturing and perfectly crafted products. On some rare occasions faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us directly at orders@nomadik.eu with detailed photos and a description of the fault. NMDK reserves the right to repair the garment if possible.

If an item has a genuine fault then we shall reimburse all reasonable return shipping costs.

WARRANTY PERIOD

All NMDK garments are sold with a 12 month warranty, from the date of purchase. Claims for warranty must be made within this period.

Please note that fair wear and tear of an item does not constitute a fault. Damage from improper washing care temperatures, damage from velcro/trims from other garments,  the use of unsuitable detergents and any fabric softeners will not be covered under warranty. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To start the returns process, please contact us at orders@nomadik.eu and make us aware that you wish to return an item before you complete a returns form. Include the order number in your email. You can print the Returns Form here

After coordinating your return with us, please ship your product & completed returns form to:

Our recyclable mailing bags are re-usable, with a double peel and seal and can also be used for your return item if you so wish. Please ensure you have securely sealed the mailing bag packaging fully. Add additional tape if required.

If you are shipping an item with a value over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can not get damaged/ lost on the way!

Important: 

International customers have 30 days from the order date to return any items to us.  All parcels sent to us must be marked as 'RETURNED ITEM' on the relevant Customs Declaration Form. You must also include a printed copy of your order confirmation email. This ensures that there are no customs charges incurred. If you do not do this and we are charged by Irish Customs, we will have to pass on the customs charge to you and deduct it from your refund. 

If your goods are undeliverable or refused for any reason, and are returned back to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item(s), please note that applicable Taxes & Duties are non-refundable.
